David Pierce has a diverse background in finance and internal controls, starting as a Registered Broker at Morgan Stanley from September 2004 to December 2008. Following this role, David served as a Financial Analyst at Zions Bancorporation from December 2008 to November 2010. David then transitioned to American Express as an Internal Controls Analyst from November 2010 to September 2011, before taking on a Senior Manager position specializing in Internal Control at GE Capital/Synchrony Financial from September 2011 to August 2015. After that, David served as Vice President of Finance Governance and Oversight at PNC from August 2015 to December 2020 and later held the role of Director of Global Controls and Compliance at GameStop from December 2020 to June 2023. Since July 2023, David has been the Internal Control/Internal Audit leader at Canoo. Currently, David is the Sr. Director of Internal Controls & SOX at Blue Yonder, beginning in February 2025. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Westminster College and an MBA in Finance and Operations from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business.
