Fred Hoare possesses extensive experience in product management and software development, having held senior leadership positions at several prominent technology companies. At Blue Yonder, Fred serves as Senior Product Director, previously advancing from Product Director to Project Director in Product Development. Prior roles include Project Director in Product Development and Senior Manager of Software Development at JDA Software, as well as Senior Software Development Manager and Software Development Manager at RedPrairie. Fred began the career as Software Development Director at RangeGate and Technical Director at RangeGate South Africa. Fred holds a B.Sc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town, earned between 1987 and 1995.
