Gary Peterson is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in workforce management solutions and retail systems administration. Currently serving as a Sr. Technology Advisor at Blue Yonder since August 2019, Gary previously held multiple roles at NICE Ltd from May 2012 to July 2019, including Workforce Management Solutions Engineer and WFM Solution Architect, where responsibilities included customer needs assessments and solution implementation strategies that significantly enhanced delivery processes and increased revenue. Prior experience includes serving as Retail Systems Administrator for the Dallas Stars from May 2002 to May 2012, managing technology operations and inventory control across multiple retail locations.
