Ivan Suslov

Ivan Suslov is an experienced technical architect with a robust background in enterprise architecture, service delivery, and team management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Technical Architect at Blue Yonder since October 2016, responsibilities include collecting and formalizing customer technical requirements and designing tailored technical environments. Previously, Ivan worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Service Delivery Manager, overseeing a team focused on DSP Planning and Analytic Services, and at Nokia in various roles, including Service Area Manager and IT Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing support services, application continuity, and service documentation. Ivan's technical expertise is complemented by a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Eastern Finland and another Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics from Saint Petersburg State University.
