John Spiesman

John Spiesman is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management at Blue Yonder since August 2020, John drives initiatives in Learning, Employee Engagement, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG). Prior to Blue Yonder, John held the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at Choice Hotels International, where impactful strategies resulted in significant improvements in recruitment and employee engagement. John's early career includes a lengthy tenure at Pearson Education, managing HR functions for multiple software businesses and overseeing M&A activities, contributing to successful integrations and talent frameworks. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social & Behavioral Sciences from Arizona State University.
