Jon Carson

Jon Carson is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer success and retail operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Success and Senior Vice President of Retail at Blue Yonder, Jon has previously held the position of GM and Chief Operating Officer for North America. Additionally, Jon is an Advisory Board Member for The Robin Report and a member of the Board of Directors for the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA). Earlier in their career, Jon worked as a buyer for Harold's Stores, Inc. Jon holds a degree from Oklahoma Christian University, attended from September 1989 to May 1994.
