Mahima

Mahima currently serves as Senior Director at Blue Yonder since November 2024, leading the Retail practice for Cloud Support Operations globally and acting as Site Leader for the new location in Coimbatore. Prior to this role, Mahima held the position of Senior Director at o9 Solutions, Inc. from April 2024 to November 2024, and was Head of Client Services at NextGen Healthcare from October 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included building and leading client support and professional services from India. Earlier experience includes serving as Practice Director and Program Manager at JDA Software, focusing on SaaS enablement and service management, as well as positions as Sr Project Manager in Cloud and Functional Lead at Four Soft. Mahima earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology from PSG College of Technology from January 1998 to January 2001.
