Stefan Ulbrich

Stefan Ulbrich is a senior data scientist and expert in machine learning, data science, and robotics. Currently a Senior Staff Data Scientist at Blue Yonder, Stefan has over ten years of experience in team leadership, project management, and advanced algorithm development, specifically in fields such as behavior modeling, computer vision, and cyber security. Previously, they served as Principal for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Acceptto Corporation, where they led projects focused on behavioral-based authentication and anomaly detection. Stefan also contributed as a postdoctoral researcher at the FZI Research Center for Information Technology, directing research for the Human Brain Project and coordinating international teams. They earned a PhD in Machine Learning from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where they developed efficient algorithms for robot control and person recognition.
