Tracy Chien

Tracy Chien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and professional services across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of APAC Professional Services Sales at Blue Yonder since February 2022, Tracy is responsible for developing and implementing the Services Sales go-to-market strategy and leading the sales team. Previous roles at Infor included Sr. Director of Consulting Services for the Greater Infor ASEAN Region, where Tracy oversaw project delivery and profit and loss, as well as team rebuilding efforts to enhance project success. Tracy's expertise spans various positions, including Practice Director and Solutions Architect, with a focus on cloud-based solutions for supply chain management. Before joining Infor, Tracy held key roles at China Shipping (Group) Company and Yang Ming Line, demonstrating a strong foundation in export supervision and documentation. Tracy Chien holds a degree from the University of Houston.
