Ruby J. has over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Ruby began their career in 2010 as a Management Intern at Tata Consultancy Services. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Executive and Executive Talent Acquisition (IT Recruiter) at Covenant Consultants. From 2014 to 2019, they held the role of Assistant Manager - HR at BI WORLDWIDE, where they were responsible for owning and executing the overall talent acquisition strategy, process and delivery for Technology & non-technology business. Most recently, from 2019 to 2022, Ruby J. was a Senior Business Partner - TA at ADP. Ruby is currently the Lead - Talent Acquisition Specialist at Blue5Green.

Ruby J. attended SBOA School And Junior College from 1990-2003. Ruby then obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from the University of Madras from 2006-2009. Ruby went on to receive a Master of Business Administration - MBA in HR from Karunya University from 2009-2011.
