Jim Sullivan

Jim Sullivan currently serves as Sales Director at BlueAlly, a position held since February 2023, and previously held a similar role at n2Grate from May 2018 to June 2025, where emphasis was placed on assisting Federal clients in adopting secure and manageable technology solutions. Prior to this, Jim was the Director of Federal Sales at Convergence Technology Consulting, contributing to the firm's recognition as Citrix's Partner of the Year in the Public Sector twice within three years. Jim's early career includes a Senior Account Manager role at Avnet Memec, Account Manager positions at TAI, and experience as a Naval Leadership Instructor at the United States Naval Academy, along with service as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Oceanography/Applied Physics from the United States Naval Academy, completed between 1983 and 1987.
