Joel Proctor

Joel Proctor is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in analytics, cloud infrastructure, and investment services. As the Founder and CEO of BlueArch since April 2021, Joel has developed FinOps Best Practices as a Service (BPaaS)™ to enhance AWS capabilities. Joel has contributed to the FinOps Foundation as a Foundation Member and founded DBA Impact Group, providing investment research services for high-net-worth individuals. Joel has also played pivotal roles at Round as a Founding Member, AIM Consulting Group as Principal Consultant for Data & Analytics, and Funko as an Analyst in Predictive Analytics. Earlier in the career, Joel was part of the founding team at Convoy Inc and established InstaFreight, a strategy-focused venture in the logistics sector. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington Bothell and an Associate’s degree from Cascadia College.
