Debbie Clark

Debbie Clark has over 20 years of experience in various roles related to total rewards, benefits, and compensation. Debbie began their career at Principal Financial Group, where they gained knowledge of DOL regulations and supervised a team in underwriting, administration, and contract issue positions. Debbie then joined Tenet Healthcare, where they served as the Director of Benefits and was responsible for the overall strategy, design, implementation, and administration of health and welfare benefit programs. Clark also worked as the Head of Global Total Rewards at MediaKind and Ericsson, where they helped shape company culture and develop total rewards strategies. Debbie has experience leading the transformation of pension and benefit processes on a global scale. Most recently, Clark has taken on the role of Senior Director of Total Rewards and HR Technology at Bluebeam, Inc. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated expertise in streamlining processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Debbie Clark attended Northwest Nazarene University from 1986 to 1990. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General. Additionally, they also obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Christian Service from the same university.
