Molly Webber has extensive experience in customer success management and engineering design, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success Management at Bluebeam since July 2015, after progressing through roles such as Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager. Molly collaborates with large customers to enhance their use of Bluebeam's products and provides industry best practices. Prior to Bluebeam, Molly held positions at Petersen Engineering as a Designer, managing multi-disciplinary design projects, and at BR+A Consulting Engineers as an HVAC Designer, focusing on mechanical design for healthcare and laboratory projects. Earlier experience includes an internship at Bond Brothers as a Project Engineer Intern and support roles at the Boston Society of Architects. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
