Jim Hulse

Jim Hulse has extensive experience in network engineering and security. Jim has worked for various companies, including Bluebird Network LLC and Advantage Tech, where they were responsible for designing, provisioning, and providing Tier 3 technical support for MPLS-based transport networks. Jim has also worked as a network and security engineer for MidCountry Financial Corp and MidCountry Bank, where they supported multiple offices and data centers connected via MPLS and managed port security using 802.1x and Cisco Identity Services Engine.

Prior to that, Jim worked as a network engineer for BCD Travel, where they configured routers, switches, and ASAs for remote locations and utilized various tools to troubleshoot network issues. Jim also worked as a network planner for Ericsson, where they planned layer 2 and layer 3 connectivity for high-performance networks and led the planning of wireless data roaming. Additionally, Jim has experience as a network design engineer for Sprint Nextel and a contract network engineer for TEKsystems, where they designed connectivity to third-party vendors and affiliates and configured routing and switching in a data center environment.

Earlier in their career, Jim worked as a systems engineer for CompuNet Engineering, where they designed and installed small server-based networks and offered technology consulting to clients. Jim also served as a network engineer for MMC Corp, administering a 250 node Novell NetWare WAN and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.

Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated strong technical skills and a focus on maintaining network performance and security.

Jim Hulse has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to this, they received an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Bonozon Healthcare Pvt Ltd from 1991 to 1993.
