Jonathan Ebinger

Jonathan Ebinger is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in venture capital. As a Co-founder and General Partner at Transform Capital since January 2020, Jonathan focuses on investing in late-stage private companies and has committed to donating 50% of general partner profits. Jonathan has also served as a General Partner at BlueRun Ventures since September 2000, specializing in early-stage mobile and internet sectors. In addition, Jonathan holds multiple board member positions at various companies, including Paystand, Jackpocket, Loyal Foundry, Haus.com, FreeAgent CRM, BlueCart, and previously at Kabbage, Inc., which was recognized as one of Forbes' 100 Most Promising Companies. Jonathan's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
