Sushma Reddy

Sushma Reddy is a seasoned technical manager with extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as a Senior Technical Manager at BlueCat since January 2023. Previously, Sushma held multiple roles at Volanté Systems, including Engineering Manager and QA Manager, from March 2019 to February 2023. Sushma’s career at BlueCat began in October 2007, progressing through various positions such as Product Owner, Technical Team Lead, QA Lead, Sr. QA Engineer, and Support Escalation Analyst, focusing on backend systems including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services. Sushma's expertise includes gathering requirements, managing stakeholder expectations, leading automation efforts, and implementing comprehensive testing strategies. Sushma holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bangalore University and has furthered education at The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University.
