Jay Moran

Jay Moran has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. In 1996, they began their career as a Product Manager/Implementation Specialist and Benefits Administrator at Towers Perrin. Jay then moved to Hay Group in 2000, where they held the roles of IT Audit Manager, Consultant, and Senior Systems Analyst. In 2017, they joined GroundBreaker.co as Vice President of Product Development, where they were responsible for product development, approving business requirements, and managing project management systems. In 2018, they joined ThreeBridge Solutions as a Senior Delivery Manager. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Project Management Consultant at Upton Hill, and in 2021 they were a Business Analyst at Allata. In 2022, they began working as a Technical Project Manager at BlueChip Financial, where they have helped revolutionize the way people get access to emergency loans and uses sophisticated machine learning and big data for fraud detection and payback prediction in its underwriting models.

Jay Moran obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from La Salle University in 1996. Prior to that, they attended Saint's Joseph's Prep from 1984 to 1988. Additionally, in 2019, they were certified as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) by the Scrum Alliance and in 2017, they were certified as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance.
