Steve Laws completed their education with a Combined Studies (BA Hons) degree in History, Politics, and Literature from The University of Manchester between 1989 and 1992. Steve then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Newspaper Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire from 1992 to 1993. Later, they obtained an MBA from The Manchester Metropolitan University, studying from 2007 to 2010.
