Emily Silver

Emily Silver is an experienced professional in customer success and learning enablement, currently serving as Learning and Enablement Manager at Bluecore since August 2019. In this role, Emily manages client projects, oversees team coordination, conducts client meetings, and trains customers on new features. Previously, Emily held various positions at Bluecore, including Customer Success Manager and Associate Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities encompassed client engagement and training. Emily's background also includes customer success roles at Return Path, where onboarding and training for high-profile clients were key duties, as well as earlier experience in event coordination and administrative roles at organizations such as the Jewish National Fund and The Walt Disney Company. Emily holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Social Interaction from the State University of New York at Oswego, graduating Cum Laude.
