Mark Rodriguez

Mark Rodriguez is an experienced personal care assistant with a background in customer service and administrative roles. Currently employed at BlueCross Aged Care since April 2022, Mark assists and supervises residents with daily living activities. Prior to this, Mark worked at Victoria By The Park Pty Ltd from April 2016 to May 2023, providing similar personal care services. Mark's extensive experience also includes over a decade in customer service at UnionBank of the Philippines, where leadership and mentorship were key responsibilities. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from the University of San Carlos and a Certificate III in Health Administration from Set Solutions. Additional training includes completion of a caregiver course at UCTC.
