Palash Borah has a diverse work experience that spans from 2015 to present. In 2015, they worked as a Content Researcher at Taylor & Francis India and as a Special Project Assistant at NDTV. In 2016, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Asian Business Exhibition & Conferences (I) Limited. In 2017, they worked as a Senior Project Coordinator at India HIV/AIDS Alliance. From 2018 to present, they have worked at UNAIDS as a UNAIDS LGBTQ Think Tank Leader Pan India and a Youth Leader India for Youth Related issues in India Region. Additionally, they have worked at BLUECITY\u84dd\u57ce\u5144\u5f1f as a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager and at Miss Trans NE as Miss Trans Ne.

Palash Borah attended Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a field of study in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Palash also earned a Bachelor of masscommunication from JIMS from 2011 to 2013, with a field of study in Broadcast Journalism. Prior to this, they attended Delhi Public school Digboi.
