Michael's career began at Trukmann's, where responsibilities included managing operations from 1987 to 1995. Following this, Michael worked as Production Manager at FLM Graphics in 2003-2004 and progressed to Service Center Manager at ARC Document Solutions from February 2006 to January 2018.
