Adel Hashemi

Adel Hashemi is an experienced Project Lead Instructional Designer at Bluedrop Training & Simulation, having previously worked as a Sessional Lecturer at McMaster University and as a Team building coach and program manager at Mofid Educational Institute. Adel holds a PhD in Philosophy and Religious Studies from McMaster University and has also completed various other degrees and certifications in adult learning, leadership principles, Middle Eastern and Islamic Studies, and Social Welfare Planning. With a strong background in education and program development, Adel has a proven track record of teaching, mentoring, and designing curriculums for students across various educational institutions.
