Salma Sow

Salma Sow currently serves as the Manager of Finance & Development Operations at Blue Engine, where responsibilities include managing end-to-end hiring processes and overseeing a diverse candidate pool. Previously, Salma was an Operations Coordinator at Democracy Prep Public Schools, focusing on daily operations and compliance for student services. Experience also includes an Administrative Associate role at East Harlem Tutorial Program, where office efficiencies were improved through optimized procedures and support tasks. Salma began professional involvement as a Basta Fellow at BASTA.
