Seth Miran

Seth Miran has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present day. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Blue Engine since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Talent & Operations (December 2020 - September 2022) and Senior Director of Talent & Operations (July 2019 - December 2020) at the same company. From March 2018 to June 2019, they worked as the Senior Director of Program Operations at Blue Engine.

Before joining Blue Engine, Seth Miran worked at Bottom Line as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships (July 2013 - March 2018), Director of External Partnerships & Operations (July 2015 - June 2016), and Special Projects Manager (November 2013 - June 2015).

Earlier in their career, Seth was associated with Citizen Schools as a Special Projects Consultant (July 2013 - October 2013) and Campus Director (July 2011 - June 2013). Seth initially began their career in education as a Teacher at NYC Department of Education (September 2007 - July 2011) and Teach for America, where they served as a Content Specialist (September 2009 - June 2010) and Teacher (September 2007 - September 2009).

Seth Miran pursued their higher education, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they attended Pace University from 2007 to 2009, where they completed their Masters degree in Teaching, with a focus on Secondary Mathematics.
