Michael Gillespie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, management consulting, and emotional intelligence training. As the Senior Partner and Founder of BlueEQ since January 2014, Michael has been instrumental in providing comprehensive emotional intelligence self-assessments and training aimed at enhancing organizational culture and performance. In addition to the role at BlueEQ, Michael founded and serves as CEO of Partners in Law Enforcement, focusing on leadership development and employee engagement within law enforcement agencies. Earlier in their career, Michael founded TrueNorth Academy, which became a leading provider of investor education programs, and held executive positions at Investools and FranklinCovey, contributing to performance improvement and sales strategies. Michael holds an M.B.A. in Marketing/Strategic Planning and a B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University.
