Mike Hobby

Mike Hobby currently serves as the Church Life Pastor at Highline Christian Church, a position held since August 2024. With extensive experience in organizational development and training, Mike has worked as a Certified EQ Practitioner with Six Seconds since July 2014, and as an EQ Practitioner with BlueEQ™ since February 2017. Previous roles include Maintenance Person at TECTON CORP, Organizational Development Consultant at State Collection Service, Inc., and Senior Director of Training and Development at F. H. Cann & Associates, Inc. From 2011 to 2021, Mike held the position of Associate Pastor at LifePoint Church, while also contributing as Director of Training at ConvergentUSA and Training and Communications Manager at Oak Harbor Freight Lines. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from City University of Seattle and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Bellevue College, along with a Foundations Certificate in Biblical Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary.
