Michael Cagney, MBA, PMP, is the Vice President of PMO at Bluefin Payment Systems, where they deliver Fintech, CRM, and digital programs. With over 19 years of experience in project and programme management, Michael has led significant changes and improvements across various sectors, including as a Senior Project Manager at Bluefin and a consulting contractor for Ernst & Young. Michael's educational background includes an MBA with a focus on Change Management from The Open University Business School, and they are currently a candidate for an MSc in Pharma Business and Technology, while also serving as an Associate Lecturer in the MBA Programme at The Open University.
