Ciaran Wilkinson is a Senior Legal Counsel at BlueFloat Energy, responsible for global legal aspects of M&A and Partnerships activities, as well as overseeing commercial, governance, and day-to-day operations of the BlueFloat Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ciaran served as a Senior Associate at Pinsent Masons from September 2013 to April 2024, focusing on Energy M&A transactions across a variety of technologies. Additional experience includes a role as a Secondee Solicitor within the UK Legal team at RSA from December 2015 to March 2016, and as a Trainee Solicitor at Arthur Cox, where rotations included Corporate, Dispute Resolution, Commercial Property, and Projects from September 2011 to August 2013. Ciaran holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies from The Institute of Professional Legal Studies and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) with First Class Honours from Queen's University Belfast. Additionally, Ciaran obtained a Certificate in American Business from Cabrini University.
