Dave W.

Dave W. has a strong background in leadership and operations management. Dave served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at BlueForce Inc. from 2018 to present and 2015 to 2018 respectively. Prior to that, they were the Director of International Operations at BlueForce Inc. from 2010 to 2015. Before joining BlueForce Inc., Dave W. worked as the Director of International Programs at EOD Technology from 2007 to 2010. Dave also served as the Operations Manager/ASAC - Protective Services Unit at The World Bank from 2004 to 2007. Dave W. began their career as a Police Officer at the City of West Memphis from 1999 to 2004. Dave also served as the Assistant Operations Officer at the 20th Special Forces Group (Airborne) - Army National Guard from 1988 to 1999.

Dave W. is currently a doctoral candidate at Trident University International, pursuing a Doctoral Degree in Business Administration (DBA). Dave is expected to complete their studies in 2024.

In the past, Dave obtained an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University with a specialization in Project Management. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Strategic Management from the University of Derby.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Dave has also earned several certifications in various areas. These include "Boards That Lead" from Wharton Executive Education, "Executive Presence" from Cornell University, "Managerial & Executive Leadership" from Rutgers Business School, and "Project Management Professional" from the Project Management Institute.
