Mark Shult is an experienced Training Manager with a robust background in aviation and operations management. Currently serving at BlueForce Inc. since January 2022, Mark specializes in creating and updating training records and documenting student progress. Previously, Mark validated training for 60 Aviators at VectorCSP and led a 60-employee team at the United States Air Force, overseeing a $57 million annual flying hour program and managing a busy airport. Mark has demonstrated a strong ability to revamp training programs, having developed numerous training guides that certified 89 air traffic controllers. Mark holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Air Way Science from the Community College of the Air Force and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Excelsior University.
