Using our unique shared experiences within a successful and growing Biotech over the course of nearly two decades (40 staff to 3000 staff), we are able to fully support our clients with their clinical operations strategy, foundations and logistics - making them ready as a 'clinical trial Sponsor'.

Our most common service is the rapid and cost-effective implementation of a suite of GCP(*)-focussed SOPs within an eQMS (electronic Quality Management System) for Biotech clients. This enables clients to be compliant with legislation before regulated clinical trial activities begin - such as their selection of a clinical Contract Research Organisation (clinical CRO). In this way we offer essential 'clinical operations processes' written by 'clinical operations experts'.  

Typically, we are more than 50% cheaper & faster, and provide higher quality outputs, than if a client attempts their GCP SOP/eQMS implementation themselves.
