Kayla Marshall is a Strategic Operations Manager with a passion for driving exceptional agent experience and performance optimization. They began their career as a Shift Leader at Firehouse Subs, where they led employee training and improved customer satisfaction. Following this, Kayla served as a Web Advisor at Bluehost, providing technical support and enhancing customer experience. They continued to advance at Bluehost, taking on roles such as Sr. Operational Manager and Web Advisor Manager, where they led diverse teams, developed training materials, and achieved significant improvements in customer satisfaction metrics. Currently, Kayla is pursuing their education at Northern Arizona University.
