Jeff Bogan

Jeff Bogan is an experienced financial executive and entrepreneur with a strong background in investment banking and corporate development. Currently serving as an advisor for Bluejay Electric Bicycles and as Co-Founder and CFO of Upgrade, Inc., Bogan has held significant roles at Lending Club, including Head of Investor Group and Head of Institutional Group, where responsibilities encompassed driving growth and investment solutions for various sales channels. Prior to Lending Club, Bogan worked as Vice President in the Financial Institutions Group at Morgan Stanley, and gained earlier experience at Greenhill & Co., SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, and General Electric. Bogan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
