Erek Dyskant

VP, Social Impact at BlueLabs

Erek Dyskant is the current VP of Social Impact at BlueLabs. Prior to this, they worked as the Analytics Technical Lead at Obama for America from January 2012 to June 2013. In this role, they developed tools that empowered community organizers and analysts to send volunteers and analyze complex geospatial relationships. Erek also product managed the "analytics file" process, OFA's one row per person view of the national electorate.

From July 2011 to December 2011, Erek worked as a Field Technology Consultant for International Medical Corps. In this role, they set up improved technology infrastructure in 4 country sites: Haiti, Burundi, Kenya, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Erek consulted with program and Monitoring and Evaluation staff about data collection strategies and trained field staff on the use of ArcGIS and other data tools. Erek also provided GIS support to Libya civil war humanitarian emergency response, maintaining supply line and medical facility status in and around Tripoli.

Erek Dyskant reports to Thomas Gensemer, CEO. Erek Dyskant works with Maxine Najle - Polling Manager, Andrew Blythe - VP, Data Science, and Clarisse Jones - Director, Administration.
