Kym Neck, PhD, is a skilled director with a proven track record in data management, analytics, and strategic planning across various organizations. Previously, Kym served as the Chief Data Officer at Mission Control, where they enhanced data efficiency by 70% and established a dedicated internal data department. With experience ranging from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee to NYC Health + Hospitals, Kym has consistently driven results through data-focused decision-making and cross-functional team leadership. Currently, Kym is the Director of Strategic Analytics at BlueLabs, applying their expertise to optimize operations and enhance organizational performance. Kym earned a PhD in Cultural Anthropology from the City University of New York Graduate Center and continues to pursue a B.A. in Anthropology at Barnard College.
