Fiona McLaughlin

Fiona McLaughlin is a seasoned designer specializing in growth marketing and graphic design with a diverse background. Currently serving as a Designer in Growth Marketing at Blueland since September 2025, Fiona previously held the role of Senior Graphic Designer at Super Smalls from August 2023 to September 2025. Prior to that, Fiona worked at Clove, contributing as both a Senior Motion Designer and Junior Motion Designer between May 2021 and August 2023. Fiona's experience includes roles as Illustrator & Animator at Nearpod, Graphic Designer & Animator at Edisen, Graphic Design Intern at VFC, Inc., Design Assistant at Tang Teaching Museum at Skidmore College, and Gallery Assistant at Schick Gallery. Fiona earned a Bachelor of Science in Fine and Studio Arts from Skidmore College in 2020.
