Haley Carpenter

Haley Carpenter is a seasoned professional in merchandise planning and financial analysis, currently serving as Senior Manager of Merchandise Planning at Bluemercury since November 2022. Previously, Haley held various roles at The TJX Companies, Inc. from July 2018 to November 2022, including Planning Manager for the Luggage & Accessories Department, Associate Planner for Women's Swimwear & Haircare, and Senior Allocation Analyst and Allocation Analyst in the Juniors Sportswear Department. Earlier experience includes a Corporate Finance Internship at Grant Thornton LLP, where responsibilities included PPA, OPM, and BEV analysis, and a Validation and Financial Internship at Quality Systems Integration, LLC., managing accounts receivable and payable.
