Marla Beck

Marla Beck is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the beauty and health industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of BeautyHealth since June 2022 and holding various leadership roles at Bluemercury, where Marla co-founded the company in 1999, Marla has demonstrated expertise in driving growth and innovation. Additionally, Marla holds positions as Chair of the Leadership Council at Harvard's Center for Public Leadership and an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School. Marla has served on multiple boards, including Evenly Technologies, Inc., Atmosphere Ventures, GLO Pharma, and The Children's Place. Marla Beck earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, complemented by a BA in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
