Ester Peña possesses extensive experience in technology and product development across various roles and industries. Notably serving as Chief Technology Officer for both Kitewheel and Simply Business, Ester has led product strategy, engineering initiatives, and team growth, significantly increasing workforce numbers while ensuring customer support. As Vice President at Travelers, Ester directed enterprise platform strategies and software engineering, managing over 4000 engineers. Additionally, roles include web development and design at O'Reilly & Associates, IMN, and various leadership positions with a focus on eCommerce and innovative marketing solutions.
