With an extensive background in healthcare, Monét began their career as an Administrative Assistant and advanced through various HR roles, including Recruitment Supervisor and HR Director at Houston Methodist. They are passionate about leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance HR functions and are committed to fostering positive employee relations. Additionally, Monét serves as an Adjunct Professor at Texas Southern University and is an active member of the EQ Community, focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives.
