Led by Tracy Borchardt, an award-winning designer with extensive experience, he has overseen a staggering number of projects. With nearly 1,500 tenant improvement type projects under his belt, over 375 ADA surveys, and hundreds of landscape designs completed, his experience in these sectors is unquestioned.
