Desi Stoops has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. They most recently worked at Bluepeak as the Vice President of Market Development, where they were responsible for government affairs, franchise procurement, and engineering solutions. Prior to Bluepeak, Desi held the position of Vice President at Windstream, where they managed the Federal and State Government organizations, as well as K12, Rural Healthcare, and Enterprise Transport Sales. They also worked at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone as the Vice President of Wholesale Markets, Level 3 Communications as the Director of Enterprise Sales, Earthlink Business in various roles including Vice President of Pricing and Bid Management and Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Deltacom as the Director of Enterprise & Wholesale, Product & Pricing, Level3 as the Director of Off-net Access Product Marketing & Carrier Relations, Williams Communications as the Director of Operations for Bandwidth Risk Management, and WilTel Communications as a Senior Manager of Network Planning.
Desi Stoops obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Oklahoma State University, where they studied from 1989 to 1993.
