Max Palamar started their professional career as a Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo in 2010. Max then worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Toronto from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Max joined the Social Research and Demonstration Corporation as a Researcher. Max was later promoted to Research Associate and then Senior Research Associate, with their tenure ending in 2017.

Since 2017, Max Palamar has been working at Blueprint as the Director of Analytics & Evaluation. Max was recently promoted to the role of Vice President of Evidence Generation, where they are responsible for helping to solve complex public policy challenges and improving the social and economic well-being of individuals, families, and communities across Canada.

Max Palamar completed their education with a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Toronto in the year 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Waterloo, which they completed in the year 2012.
