Blueprint
Simon Harding is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and analysis within the fields of urban transportation, sustainability, and economic development. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Blueprint since November 2017, Harding previously held roles as a Research Associate and UBC Sustainable Region Scholar, where significant contributions included assessing the impact of driver training on behavior and fuel efficiency. As a PhD candidate at the Institute for Resources, Environment and Sustainability at the University of British Columbia, Harding utilized a mixed-methods approach to study para-transit markets in New Delhi, gaining expertise in behavioral economics and equity. Previous roles include Research Assistant at Delta Economics and Research and Project Monitoring Intern at the Global Development Network, contributing to studies on emerging economies and international development. Harding holds an MPhil in International Development from the University of Oxford and a PhD in Resource Management and Environmental Studies from the University of British Columbia.
