Tim Griffiths has extensive work experience in the engineering and design fields. Tim most recently served as the Director of Engineering at Blueprint Robotics. Prior to that, they worked as a Design Engineer at THG Design Ltd and as a Senior Manager - Timber Frame at Robinson Manufacturing Ltd. Tim also held roles as a Senior Timber Frame Designer at Oakwrights and T.J. Crump Oakwrights Ltd. Tim has experience in project leadership at TimberLab Solutions Ltd and manufacturing design at eHOME (nz) ltd. Tim started their career as a Design Technician at Bathgate Flooring.
Tim Griffiths attended Lady Hawkins' School from 1997 to 2002. From 2003 to 2005, they studied Manufacturing Engineering at Hereford College of Technology. In 2016, Tim pursued a Diploma in Leadership & Management at the University of Worcester, completing it in 2017.
