Roger Deetz has extensive experience in engineering and technology leadership roles.

In 2004, they worked at NoInk as a Senior Software Developer, where they designed and implemented custom medical device registration forms and customized sales force automation applications.

Lastly, from 1998 to 2004, Roger worked at InstallShield, where they held various roles, including Architect, Visual Product Design, Senior User Interface Designer and Developer, and User Interface Developer. Roger contributed to the visual design, product strategy, and technical development of the InstallShield product line.

Roger Deetz attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
