BlueProof is a Cambridge-based spatial technology startup that digitises real-world environments into high-performance, interactive 3D experiences that run seamlessly in a web browser and accessible via a simple link or QR code, with no app, specialist hardware, or technical expertise required.

Traditional 2D maps often fail to capture the complexity of real places, while existing 3D tools are frequently technical, hardware-intensive, and difficult to deploy at scale. BlueProof bridges this gap. Our platform converts complex buildings and environments into intuitive, lightweight 3D models that are fast, reliable, and easy to share, enabling organisations to present space with clarity and confidence.

Our technology has practical impact across multiple sectors. In hospitals, we deliver accessible 3D wayfinding tools that help patients and visitors navigate complex clinical environments, reducing confusion and anxiety. At festivals and large-scale events, we create interactive digital programmes that allow attendees to explore stages, discover vendors, and plan their visit in advance. Across universities, hotels, campuses, and public venues, BlueProof supports estate planning, stakeholder engagement, and immersive storytelling, helping people understand spaces as they truly exist.

Founded by two University of Cambridge alumni, BlueProof originated as a passion-led project exploring more sustainable and interactive ways to communicate programme information for large public events. Since commercialising the technology, we have delivered projects and pilots across the UK, US, Middle East, and Oceania, working with institutions including the University of Cambridge, the NHS, and Hard Rock Hotels.
By removing technical and financial barriers to immersive 3D, BlueProof is redefining how people explore and understand the built environment, bringing real spaces online in a way that is practical, scalable, and impactful.
