Tomasz Roszkowski

Tomasz Roszkowski is an experienced HR IT Recruitment Specialist and Senior IT Recruiter, currently employed at BlueSoft since March 2021, where independent recruitment processes for various IT roles are conducted. Previously, Tomasz worked at Experis Poland from January 2015 to February 2021, holding positions such as Senior IT Delivery Consultant and IT Recruitment Trainer, and was recognized with Northern Star Distinctions in 2016 and 2017. Earlier roles include Junior IT Recruitment Specialist at Randstad Polska and HR Traffic Manager at PLUM - Web Solutions, where Tomasz honed skills in coordinating IT recruitment processes and managing candidate workflows. Tomasz holds a Master’s degree in Classical Philology from the University of Warsaw.
